Anxiety has reached epidemic proportions in the Western world.  We should be living comfortable relaxed lives but instead the complete opposite is true.

When Greg (not his real name) came to see us he felt his whole world was closing in on him. Whilst he had suffered from anxiety for some time it had never been this bad. He knew it was going to get worse unless he took action.

In social situations Greg felt like everyone he was talking to was thinking negative things about him. He worried if they noticed how anxious he felt. He struggled to make conversation because of the anxious ‘chatter’ going on in his head.
